Whitelist for SMLearn Training Videos

To ensure that all training videos on the SMLearn platform play smoothly, please make sure your IT or network administrator whitelists the video streaming domains used by our system.

Why Whitelisting Is Required


SMLearn relies on Cloudflare Stream for secure video delivery. Some organizations enforce strict firewall or proxy settings that may block external video content. By whitelisting the required domains, you guarantee uninterrupted access to training videos while maintaining your organization’s network security.

Important Notes


  • Make sure the /* at the end of the domain is allowed, as each video has a unique identifier.
  • Whitelisting should be applied at the firewall, proxy server, or endpoint security solution level, depending on your company’s infrastructure.
  • If videos still cannot be played after whitelisting, please contact the SiberMate support team for further troubleshooting.
