Removing inactive users

To ensure your reports on SMPhish, SMLearn, SMPolicy and SMBreach are accurate, you can exclude any inactive users from those reports. You can do this by navigating to:

Settings > Report Settings and toggling on the option Remove inactive users from all reports.

Note: The Users Report section of the Performance Report will always take into account inactive users for completeness of user reporting. move inactive users from your SiberMate reports.
